What happened in London is terrible. Whether or not it was supported by Al Qaeda is still somewhat up in the air. However, despite this, the bombings in London show that no one is immune. Roughly 90% of the British population was against Blair's war in Iraq when the invasion began. Today, most of America is against the Iraq war, and most feel George Bush is an incompetent president.
However, we need to realize that simply because most Americans are against the war that it doesn't make any of us safe. Bombs don't pick out hawks from doves.
