I'm following up on Markos' post plugging SB Nation. I blog the Indianapolis Colts for SB Nation at a site called StampedeBlue. We talk about the Colts, the NFL, and football in general (but mostly we talk Colts). The site is set up similar to DailyKos with user comments, diaries, etc.
